2nd: Saw a resident sitting in the hall on her phone. I checked up on her to see if she was okay. She looked up, smiled, and said "I'm okay, thank you." I asked a second time, to which she reassured by saying "yes, thanks." I then proceeded on with my round.


20:

1st: Saw nothing

2nd: Saw three residents and talked to them for a few minutes. When I went on to finish my round I saw an additional two residents. One entered the bathroom and the other walked by me as I went downstairs into the first floor.
