 First Round; 8pm cc12- no one seen throughout entire building; no items collected from donation basket cc392- 1 resident seen coming from the stairs and entering her room on second floor; no one seen on first floor; no items collected from donation basket cc20- 2 residents seen leaving the building; 3 items collected from donation basket Second Round; 10pm cc12- 1 resident seen in the bathroom brushing her teeth; no one else seen throughout building cc392- 3 residents seen sitting at the kitchen table on the 1st floor; one resident seen going onto the 1st floor in the stairway; no one else throughout building  cc20- no resident seen throughout entire building Third Round; 11:20pm cc12- one resident seen in kitchen lounge on the phone; no residents seen on second floor cc392- 4 residents seen in kitchen lounge doing work on the first floor; no one seen on second floor cc20- one resident seen in kitchen lounge; no one else seen throughout building

 AC on Duty: Kristina  RA on Duty: Sydney  Round 1: 800-814 I started this round in 392, all was quiet. I then went over to 20 and I saw a resident coming back from doing laundry. I then went over to 12 and everything was fine.  Round 2: 1004-1016  I started this round in 392, I passed 2 of my residents heading to the trash room. I looked in the trash room on the 2nd floor and there is a lot of garbage, I hope it gets taken out soon! I then went over to 20 and everything was good, same as in 12.  Round 3: 1140-1153 I started once again in 392, there were 6 residents eating McDonalds in the 1st floor kitchen lounge. I headed on over to 20 and I passed RA Matt swiping into 12. In 20 all was good. I then headed over 12 and finished my rounds for the night there! 

 AC on Duty: Kristina  RA on Duty: Sydney  Round 1: 8:30-8:47  I started this round in 392, I saw 2 of my residents leaving the building. I then went over to CC20 and saw 2 residents coming back from getting dinner at Henry's. I then went over to CC12 and didn't see anyone.  Round 2: 10:34-10:47  I started this round in 392, I noticed the 1st floor door was propped open so I shut it. I headed on over to 20 and everything was fine. I went over to 12 and noticed that there were 2 items in the care closet bin in the kitchen! After my round in 12 I went to 408 office and put the items in the bin.  Round 3: 11:40-11:57  I started this round in 392, all was well. I saw a few of my residents getting ready for bed. I then headed over to 20, everything was good and in 12 all was quiet! 

 AC on Call: Kristina RA on Duty: Stephen Round 1: 5:00 - 5:15 In CC20, I saw one resident in the kitchen. In CC12, I saw two residents outside the entrance. I saw no activity in CC392. Round 2: 8:01 - 8:17 In CC20, I saw no resident activity. In CC12, there was one resident in the Second floor common area. IN CC392, I saw a resident returning to his room. Round 3: 10:30 - 10:48 In CC20, I saw a resident in the bathroom on the first floor. In CC12 I saw the same resident in the common area. I saw nothing in CC392 Round 4: 11:59 - 12:15 I saw two residents in the first-floor hallway in CC20. In CC12 I saw nothing. In CC392, I passed a resident on the stairwell going down.

Round 2: 10:40 - 10:59 Started the round in CC20, I saw one resident going up the stairs to the second floor. In CC12, I saw a resident doing HW in the second-floor common area. In CC12 I saw RA Matt in the kitchen. In CC392 I saw nothing. Round 2: 10:30  - 10:44 I started again in CC20, I saw nothing. In CC12 there was a resident brushing their teeth in a second-floor bathroom. In CC392 there was a resident in the first-floor kitchen. Round 3: 12:00 - 12:09 I started in CC392, I saw nothing, same in CC12 and CC20

 RD on Duty: Kelsey RA on Duty: Sydney round 1: 9:00-9:12  I started this round in 392, I started a little later because staff meeting went late and I had a program at 8:30. All was quiet in 392. In 20 and 12 it was very quiet!  round 2: 10:30-10:41 I started this round in 392, all was good. In 20 I noticed a few dirty dishes piled in the kitchen sink, other than that it was fine. In 12 all was good.  round 3: 11:36-11:48  I started this round in 392, a few residents on the 1st floor were eating McDonalds in the 1st floor kitchen lounge. In 20 the dirty dishes were still in the sink. In 12 there was a resident on facetime in the lounge on the 2nd floor!
