RA on Duty: Sydney 


Round 1: 8:30-8:47 

I started this round in 392, I saw 2 of my residents leaving the building. I then went over to CC20 and saw 2 residents coming back from getting dinner at Henry's. I then went over to CC12 and didn't see anyone. 


Round 2: 10:34-10:47 

I started this round in 392, I noticed the 1st floor door was propped open so I shut it. I headed on over to 20 and everything was fine. I went over to 12 and noticed that there were 2 items in the care closet bin in the kitchen! After my round in 12 I went to 408 office and put the items in the bin. 


Round 3: 11:40-11:57 

I started this round in 392, all was well. I saw a few of my residents getting ready for bed. I then headed over to 20, everything was good and in 12 all was quiet!
