CC392: First-floor staircase hand sanitizer dispenser is broken. French fries were thrown in the lobby near the elevator. 2nd-floor lounges were had masks thrown around, napkins, cups, and sunny d on tables.

CC20: all floors clear. Some girl in the second-floor bathroom singing her heart out lol.
