AC Kristina asked RA Giselle to check Room 215 in CC20 due to RA Laynie’s request. Residents heard other residents yelling and arguing.

CC16:1st floor: No residents were visible.
2nd floor: No residents were visible.

CC20: 1st floor: Went to Room 215 and paced around. Heard a female resident yell she didn’t have anything to wear and light sobbing. Reported back to AC Kristina. Saw 3 residents in hallway. Asked rooms at the end of the hall to turn music down.
2nd floor: Saw 1 resident in hallway.
